PrizeCart $1,000 Visa Gift Card Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

The promoter is PrizeCart Pty Ltd (ACN 671 018 808) of 12/79 Manningham Rd, Bulleen VIC 3105, email: info@prizecart.app (Promoter, we, us, or our).

The promotion commences at 10:00am AEST on 22 July 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 1 October 2025 (Promotion Period).

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.
Employees, officers, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter and associated agencies are ineligible
Entry is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Promoter may request proof of age, identity and residency prior to awarding a prize. Failure to provide acceptable evidence may result in disqualification.

In order to win you need to be following @prizecart on Tiktok or Instagram & Tag a brand in the comments on any official Instagram or Tiktok giveaway post = 1 entry per unique brand tag per post
Submit a valid email address via the official PrizeCart giveaway page = 3 entries
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to:
A maximum of 1 entry per unique brand tagged per post, i.e. tag as many individual brands as possible per post, but feel free to tag the same brand across multiple posts.
A maximum of 3 entries per unique email address
All entries must comply with the terms of entry and be submitted within the Promotion Period

The draw will take place at the Promoter's business premises on 1st October 2025 at 12:00pm AEST, using a certified computer-based random draw system.
The draw will be conducted in a manner open to public scrutiny. Interested parties may request to observe the draw by contacting the Promoter prior to the draw date.
All valid entries will have an equal chance of winning.
