2. Promoter & Participating Traders
Promoter: Prizecart Pty Ltd (ABN 47 688 017 692) of Victoria, Australia. Prizecart operates a digital shopping centre platform. This Promotion is conducted solely by Prizecart.
Participating Traders are not promoters, co-promoters or prize suppliers and bear no responsibility for the conduct of this Promotion. All prizes are funded and provided by the Promoter; individual merchants do not supply or fund prizes.
By entering, you acknowledge that Prizecart is the sole Promoter of this trade promotion, and any questions or complaints should be directed to Prizecart (not the merchants).
Participating Traders are independent retailers whose goods or services are the subject of this Promotion. A list of all Participating Traders is available at www.prizecart.app/merchants and may be updated during the Promotion. New merchants may be added as Participating Traders throughout the Promotion Period, and any such additions will be reflected on the website.
3. Prize Allocation
Prizes are allocated through a randomised promotional algorithm at the time a Reveal is generated. This Promotion is a game of chance. The Promoter does not guarantee that any particular prize type will be awarded during the Promotion. All prize allocations are subject to the Maximum Prize Pool (AUD $50,000). Once the Maximum Prize Pool has been reached, no further prizes will be allocated.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 12:00am (midnight) AEDT on 10th March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 9th March 2027, or once $50,000 in Confirmed prize value has been awarded — whichever occurs first. The Promotion may end early if the maximum prize pool cap is exhausted before the scheduled end date.
Reveals will only be accepted during the Promotion Period; any Reveals received outside this period (or after early closure) will be void.
The Promoter may cancel or suspend the Promotion if events beyond its reasonable control prevent its proper conduct, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
4.1 Early Termination and Residual Prize Allocation
If the Promoter elects to terminate the Promotion prior to the scheduled end date for any reason other than exhaustion of the Maximum Prize Pool (including but not limited to technical, commercial, regulatory or operational reasons), the Promoter may determine the total remaining value of the Maximum Prize Pool that has not yet been awarded as Confirmed prizes. Remaining value means Maximum Prize Pool minus total value of Confirmed prizes at termination date.
In such circumstances, the Promoter may conduct a computerised random draw from all eligible participants who have validly received at least one Reveal during the Promotion Period to allocate prize value equivalent to the remaining unawarded portion of the Maximum Prize Pool.
Any such draw will:
- Be conducted in a manner consistent with fairness and applicable regulatory requirements;
- Be overseen by an independent scrutineer where required by law;
- Occur within 60 days of termination; and
- Be notified and published in accordance with these Terms.
For clarity, this clause applies only where the Promotion is terminated early at the Promoter's discretion and does not apply where the Promotion closes due to exhaustion of the Maximum Prize Pool.
5. Eligibility
Who Can Enter
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory. Any Reveals generated by ineligible persons will be invalid and will not result in prize eligibility. Persons under 18 are not permitted to enter or win.
Ineligible Persons
The following persons are ineligible to enter or claim prizes:
- Employees, directors, officers and contractors of the Promoter or of any Participating Trader (including store owners), and the immediate family members of such people;
- Agents, vendors and professional advisors of the Promoter who are directly involved in the Promotion;
- Any person whom the Promoter has determined, in its reasonable discretion, has breached these Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent or improper conduct in relation to the Promotion.
If an ineligible person purportedly wins a prize, that entry will be disqualified and the prize will be deemed unclaimed.
6. How to Participate and Receive Reveals
6.1 Purchase Method
An Eligible Entrant must:
- Make a qualifying purchase of goods or services valued at a minimum of AUD $5 (including GST) in a single transaction from a Participating Trader via the Prizecart platform; and
- Complete any required post-purchase confirmation steps as prompted by Prizecart (such as confirming participation via a widget, link, or email confirmation).
For every full AUD $5 spent in a single Eligible Purchase, the entrant will receive one (1) Reveal. For example: $5 = 1 Reveal; $25 = 5 Reveals. There is no separate fee to participate.
Gift cards, prepaid vouchers, store credit, cash-equivalent items, or non-genuine products are excluded.
6.2 Fixed Bonus Reveals
Certain Eligible Purchases may qualify for a fixed number of additional bonus Reveals (for example, +2 or +3 bonus Reveals for purchases exceeding a specified spend threshold). Where offered, such bonus Reveals will be clearly disclosed in-app at the time of purchase and will apply automatically. Bonus Reveals are fixed in number and are not multipliers.
6.3 Email Engagement (Where Offered)
Certain Participating Traders may offer limited additional Reveals for engaging with their promotional email campaigns. Where available:
- One (1) Reveal may be earned upon valid email sign-up.
- Additional bonus Reveals (up to a maximum total disclosed in-app) may be earned by engaging with specified promotional emails.
- No more than four (4) total Reveals per Participating Trader may be earned via email engagement.
Email-based Reveals are subject to valid email submission, completion of required engagement steps, and compliance with these Terms. Not all Participating Traders will offer email-based Reveals.
6.4 Reveal Allocation
Reveals are allocated to the entrant's Prizecart account and may be instantly displayed at the time of allocation or stored for later reveal. Each Reveal generates a randomised outcome at the time it is opened.
6.5 Transaction Integrity
If an Eligible Purchase is cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back, any associated Reveals and provisional prize allocations will be void. The Promoter may require proof of purchase and may disqualify entries obtained through automated, fraudulent, or improper means.
6.6 Participation Limits
The Promoter may impose reasonable per-person, per-day, per-week, per-transaction, or rolling limits to protect fairness and system integrity. Any applicable limits will be disclosed in-app or in these Terms.
6.7 No Entry Fee
There is no charge to participate in this Promotion other than the cost of making an Eligible Purchase at its normal retail price. No fee is charged for submitting an entry or registering.
7. Instant Prize Reveal Mechanics
This Promotion is a game of chance. Each Reveal generates a prize outcome through a randomised promotional algorithm (Random Number Generator or "RNG") operated by the Promoter. Each Reveal outcome is determined independently at the time it is opened. The outcome of each Reveal is determined solely by chance.
7.1 Prize Allocation Methodology
Prizes are allocated through the RNG at the time a Reveal is opened. Prize allocation methodology is pre-programmed prior to the commencement of the Promotion and will remain materially consistent for the duration of the Promotion. The Promoter does not publish the mathematical odds of winning any particular prize. Not every Reveal will result in a prize.
The allocation of prizes remains subject at all times to the Maximum Prize Pool of AUD $50,000. Once the Maximum Prize Pool has been reached, the Promotion will immediately close and no further Reveals or prizes will be issued.
For clarity, some prize types, including certain Set Pieces, may be allocated at lower probabilities than other prize types. If a Reveal outcome is displayed due to a technical malfunction, system error, coding fault, connectivity issue, or other error beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may (to the extent permitted by law) declare the displayed outcome void and re-run the Reveal outcome in accordance with the intended system logic.
Where required by law, the Promoter will act reasonably and in accordance with any regulatory directions when addressing system errors affecting prize allocation.
The Promoter does not publish the odds of winning any particular prize or Set Piece.
7.2 Approximate Promotional Probabilities (Informational Only)
For informational and transparency purposes only, the Promoter provides the following approximate probability ranges based on internal modelling and an assumed average Australian e-commerce order value of approximately AUD $100 (representing approximately twenty (20) Reveals per order).
Across the Promotion as a whole, approximately one (1) in three (3) orders may result in at least one minor prize allocation ($2.50/$5/$10). This is a broad promotional estimate only and is not a guarantee of outcome.
Approximate probability ranges for higher-value outcomes across all orders may include: approximately 1 in ~1,500 orders may result in a $1,000+ prize allocation.
These probability ranges:
- Are estimates only;
- Are not guaranteed;
- May vary depending on overall participation levels;
- Do not represent the probability of completing a full Set Requirement.
The Promoter does not guarantee that any particular prize tier will be won during the Promotion Period.

8.3 Set Piece Mechanics
Certain Reveals may allocate a Set Piece. A Set Piece is a provisional major prize outcome forming part of a Set Collection Prize Tier.
A Set Piece does not itself have standalone cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed separately from the applicable Tier.
To win a Set Collection Prize, a participant must receive the required number of Set Pieces for the relevant Tier ("Set Requirement"):
- Tier 1 ($2,500 Tier Value): Five (5) Set Pieces required.
- Tier 2 ($5,000 Tier Value): Six (6) Set Pieces required.
- Tier 3 ($10,000 Tier Value): Six (6) Set Pieces required.
Set Pieces are randomly allocated by the Promoter's RNG at the time a Reveal is opened.
Some Set Pieces may be designated as Rare Set Pieces and may be allocated at a lower probability than other Set Pieces within the same Tier.
The Promoter does not guarantee that any participant will collect the full Set Requirement for any Tier.
A participant only becomes a Provisional Winner of a Set Collection Prize once the full Set Requirement for that Tier has been allocated to that participant.
A participant becomes a Confirmed Winner of a Set Collection Prize only once: (i) all underlying Eligible Transactions associated with the relevant Set Pieces are verified as not cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back; and (ii) all Confirmation requirements under clause 10.1 are satisfied.
If any Eligible Transaction associated with a Set Piece is cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back prior to Confirmation, that Set Piece and any associated provisional Tier eligibility will be void.
The Promoter may limit allocation so that the same Set Piece cannot be allocated more than once to the same participant during the Promotion, unless otherwise stated in-app.
Set Pieces have no value outside the Promotion Period and will automatically expire at the end of the Promotion Period if not used to complete a Set Collection Prize prior to closure.
8.4 Total Maximum Prize Pool
The aggregate total value of all Confirmed prizes awarded in this Promotion will not exceed AUD $50,000. Prizes are randomly allocated via a probability-based system and are subject to the Maximum Prize Pool. Not all prize types are guaranteed to be awarded.
For the purposes of the Maximum Prize Pool, the Tier Value of a Set Collection Prize will count toward the cap only once the participant becomes a Confirmed Winner.
9. Winning Notifications
If a Reveal results in a provisional prize allocation, the participant will be notified:
- Instantly via on-screen confirmation within their Prizecart account; and
- Via email confirmation from the Promoter within two (2) business days, outlining next steps.
A displayed win is provisional only and subject to verification and Confirmation requirements set out in these Terms. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure contact details are correct and current.
9.1 Fairness & Integrity
The RNG system is designed to ensure randomness and fairness in accordance with applicable laws. The Promoter may conduct internal or independent audits of the RNG system as required by law or regulatory authorities. The Promoter's determination of prize outcomes is final.
9.2 Prize Substitution & Condition
Prizes are awarded as described in these Terms. If a prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory approval where required. All vouchers or third-party prizes are subject to the issuer's terms and conditions. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated.
10. Winner Notification & Prize Claiming
All instant winners will be notified via immediate on-screen notice and email confirmation. Winners may be required to follow a link to a Prizecart portal or form to verify their details and claim the prize.
10.1 Confirmation of Prize
A prize outcome displayed via a Reveal is provisional only. A participant becomes a Confirmed Winner only once:
- The Eligible Transaction has been verified as not cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back, this refund window is typically 30–60 days subject to trader-specific guidelines;
- The Promoter has verified eligibility and completed reasonable identity and fraud checks; and
- All required documentation has been provided.
The Confirmation date recorded by the Promoter is the date on which the prize is deemed to have been awarded for the purposes of delivery obligations.
10.2 Claim Requirements
Confirmed Winners must provide any requested information (including proof of identity, age, and where applicable proof of purchase) within 30 days of being notified of Confirmation. Winners of prizes valued over $250 may be required to complete and return an eligibility declaration. Failure to provide requested information within the required timeframe may result in the prize being forfeited.
10.3 Prize Delivery
The Promoter will arrange delivery of prizes to Confirmed Winners at its expense. Cash prizes will be paid via electronic funds transfer to an Australian bank account nominated by the winner. Voucher prizes may be delivered electronically or via post. Physical prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the winner. Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of Confirmation.
10.4 Set Collection Prize Selection
A Confirmed Winner of a Set Collection Prize must select one (1) prize option from the applicable Tier list within fourteen (14) days of receiving the selection notification.
If the winner does not make a valid selection within the required timeframe, the Promoter may: (i) allocate a prize option within the same Tier at its discretion; or (ii) treat the prize as unclaimed and deal with it in accordance with clause 11.
If a device prize is described as "or successor model" and the stated model is unavailable at the time of fulfilment, the Promoter may supply the closest commercially available equivalent model with a minimum retail value equal to the Tier Value.
Device colour, storage configuration and specification are determined by the Promoter unless otherwise agreed.
10.5 Publication of Winners
In accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, the Promoter may publish the first initial, surname and state of residence of winners of prizes valued over $250 on the Prizecart website within 30 days of Confirmation. By entering this Promotion, participants consent to such publication if they win.
11. Unclaimed Prizes and Redraw
11.1 When a Prize is Considered "Won"
A prize is not considered "won" unless and until the participant becomes a Confirmed Winner. A provisional prize allocation displayed via a Reveal does not constitute a won prize unless Confirmation occurs. Any provisional allocation that is voided due to cancellation, refund, chargeback, ineligibility, fraud, or failure to satisfy verification requirements is not an Unclaimed Prize.
11.2 What is an "Unclaimed Prize"
An Unclaimed Prize means a prize that has been Confirmed and the Confirmed Winner:
- Fails to claim, accept, or provide required information within the claim period; or
- Cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts; or
- Is later found to be ineligible or disqualified.
Prizes that were never triggered by the randomised allocation system are not considered unclaimed and will not be included in any redraw.
11.3 Timing of Redraw
If required under applicable regulatory requirements, any Unclaimed Prizes will be redrawn within 60 days of the earlier of: (a) the scheduled end of the Promotion Period; or (b) the date the Maximum Prize Pool is reached and the Promotion closes. The redraw will be conducted using a computerised random selection process at the offices of Prizecart and an independent scrutineer will oversee the redraw if required by law.
11.4 Eligible Pool for Redraw
All eligible participants who validly participated in the Promotion and were not disqualified are eligible to be selected in the redraw, regardless of whether they previously received a non-winning Reveal outcome. Participants who were previously Confirmed Winners may be included in the redraw unless prohibited by law or permit conditions.
11.5 Notification of Redraw Winners
Redraw winners will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the redraw. Where required by law, the first initial, surname and state of redraw winners will be published on the Prizecart website within seven (7) days of the redraw. Redraw winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification or their prize is considered void.
12. Verification & Disqualification
12.1 Verification
The Promoter may verify the identity, age, residency and eligibility of any participant or winner at any time, including by requiring proof of identity, age, residency, Eligible Purchase, and confirmation that no cancellation, refund, reversal or chargeback has occurred. Requested verification documents must be provided within 14 days (or such other reasonable period specified by the Promoter).
12.2 Disqualification
The Promoter may disqualify a participant on reasonable grounds if the participant:
- tampers with the operation of the Promotion or Prizecart platform;
- uses automated systems, bots, scripts, or fraudulent methods to generate Reveals;
- provides false, misleading or incomplete information;
- creates multiple accounts or identities to circumvent participation limits; or
- engages in conduct that materially undermines the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.
Each participant is permitted only one Prizecart account. The use of multiple accounts or identities to obtain additional Reveals is prohibited.
12.3 Effect of Disqualification
If a participant is disqualified, any provisional prize allocations will be void and any Confirmed prize that has not yet been delivered may be withheld. If a prize has already been delivered to a participant later found to have been ineligible or to have engaged in fraud, the Promoter may require repayment or return of the prize, to the extent permitted by law. The Promoter will exercise its rights under this clause in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter (Prizecart Pty Ltd), its related companies, and the Participating Traders (and all of their directors, officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including indirect or consequential loss) incurred by any entrant or winner in connection with this Promotion or any prize. By entering, you release the Promoter and all Participating Traders from any and all liability, except that which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
The Participating Traders are not the promoters or prize suppliers of this Promotion. Each entrant agrees that the Participating Traders have no responsibility for the management of the Promotion. Any concerns or claims should be directed to the Promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunctions or problems arising from participation in the Promotion, including network server or hardware failures, software bugs, false wins, garbled computer transmissions, or other errors outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings. Winners should seek independent financial advice regarding tax if needed.
14. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information from entrants in order to conduct the Promotion and provide prizes. This includes information provided at entry (such as name, contact details, date of birth, and purchase details) and any additional details collected for prize fulfillment. All personal data is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
The Promoter will use entrants' personal information only for purposes related to this Promotion unless the entrant has also consented to receive marketing communications. The Promoter may share certain information with third parties to facilitate the Promotion (such as providing a winner's address to a courier for prize delivery). The Promoter will not sell entrants' personal information or use it for unrelated purposes without consent.

15.2 Publicity & Promotional Activities

15.3 No Endorsement by Third Parties
This Promotion is in no way sponsored or endorsed by any of the manufacturers of the prizes or by any social media platform on which Promotion information may be shared. Any trademarks, logos, or names of prize products or merchants are used strictly for identification purposes.
15.4 Amendment of Terms
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions if deemed necessary to address any errors, comply with legal requirements, or ensure the Promotion's fairness, subject to any required regulatory approvals. Any material amendments will be communicated via the Prizecart website.
15.5 Permits & Authorisations
This Promotion is conducted as a permitted Trade Promotion Lottery. NSW Authority No: TP/04786. At time of publishing, SA and ACT are excluded from participation, so no SA/ACT permits apply. The Promotion is conducted in accordance with the conditions of each relevant jurisdiction.
15.6 Governing Law
These Terms and the conduct of the Promotion are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By entering, each entrant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for resolving any disputes. If any provision in these Terms is invalid under the law of a particular state, that provision will apply to the maximum extent permitted, and all other provisions will remain in effect.
15.7 Acceptance of Terms
By participating in this Promotion, you (the entrant) indicate your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter's decisions regarding any aspect of the Promotion (including draw results, prize awards, and interpretation of these Terms) are final and binding.
